Brain Gears (“we”, “our”) provides a cognitive training mobile application. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: email address, display name, age group, optional avatar.
• Sign-in providers: if you use Google, Facebook, or Apple Sign-In, we receive profile information allowed by that provider (such as email and name).
• Training data: exercise results, scores, session history, and progress metrics.
• Device/timezone: timezone offset used to calculate daily training limits in your local day.
• Support messages: content you send through in-app help/support.

How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your account.
• Store and display your cognitive training progress.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve app reliability and security.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party sign-in providers (Google, Meta/Facebook, Apple) only when you choose those login methods. Our servers may be hosted on cloud infrastructure that processes data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Retention

We keep account and training data while your account is active. You may request deletion as described on our Data Deletion page.
