Brain Gears — User Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Brain Gears account and associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Email

Send an email to [email protected] from the address linked to your account. Use subject line: Delete my Brain Gears account.

We will verify ownership and delete your account, training history, and profile data within 30 days.

Option 2 — In-app support

Open Brain Gears → Profile → Help & Support → create a ticket requesting account deletion. Include the email address on your account.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook, you can remove Brain Gears from your Facebook account under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. To delete data stored on our servers, still contact us using one of the options above.

What is deleted

Account profile (email, name, age group, avatar)
Training sessions, scores, and progress history
Support messages tied to your account

We may retain minimal logs required for security or legal compliance for a limited period.
